As a community, we seek to be unified in the important work we do together. This does not mean we all have to be the same, but that we stay focused on our shared mission. We believe that each person’s unique gifts and strengths are a vital part of the journey. When everyone fulfills the specific role God has designed for them, we become stronger together than we ever could be apart.
